The long-in-the-making 10 Endrathukulla has been finally wrapped up and Samantha Ruth Prabhu, who is said to be playing her life-time best role, took to the micro-blogging page to share about her last day shoot. “A very emotional last day of shoot for#10endruduhkulla. Wonderful team . Wonderful work . So blessed . It’s a wrappp!,” posted Samantha.
Directed by Vijay and produced by AR Murugadoss Productions and Fox Star Studios, the film has Vikram in a dual role, apart from Jackie Shroff and Pasupathy in pivotal roles. The film is slated for release on October 21st for the Ayudha Pooja weekend.

It's known that Vikram will start working on Anand Shankar's project after completing 10 Enradhukulla. However, buzz doing the rounds at the moment is that the actor will team up with director Hari, with whom he had earlier worked in Saamy and Arul, once again.
A quick call to a source close to the actor, however, turned the rumour into confirmed news. The source told us, “Even before 10 Enradhukulla, Vikram and Hari were supposed to do an action film together, but unfortunately, things didn't work out then. So Hari decided to join hands with Vikram after completing Singam 3 with Suriya. Both, Vikram and Hari, have been in talks for a long time, and will work together sometime next year, after they complete their other pressing commitments.“

The act of roping in more than one music director for a movie isn't new. This has been ongoing since the days of MS Viswanathan and Ramamurthy. Recently, the movie Irandam Ulagam had songs by Harris Jayaraj and Anirudh Ravichander. Following suit, the Vikram-Samantha flick 10Endrathukulla might have two composers. While Imman will be composing the songs, Anoop Seelin, a Kannada composer, will do the background score.
The Teaser of the film has attributed credit to Anoop in the end title card. Industry insiders observe that with more musicians, more talent is being explored and one gets a variety of Songs. While young, upcoming composers view this trend as a boon, established composers don't necessarily subsribe to this change.

Teaser of '10 Endrathukulla’ released.
After putting his body through tremendous hardship in Shankar’s I , actor Vikram will be seen in his usual avatar going by the first look of his next, ‘10 Endrathukulla,’ which was unveiled here last week.

“I told him that I want him to look good after Shankar’s I , where he has donned multiple looks. But Vikram, being Vikram, worked hard even to look normal,” Vijay Milton, the movie’s director, says.
The 34-second teaser of the film suggests that the film is a road movie filled with exaggerated stunts involving a fleet of cars.

Explaining the odd title, Vijay says, “The protagonist is a truck driver. Every second is crucial for a driver and a lot can change over 10 seconds. This is what the film is about.” Actor Samantha says it is her most difficult role till date. “It is by far the most demanding film that I have starred in — physically and mentally,” she says.
The director says the songs will be released in September and the film is likely to release in October.
It will be distributed by Fox Star Studios India, whose last release was the national award winning Kaakka Muttai

More than Chiyaan Vikram, it was handlebar moustache, akin to what Kamal sported in Devar Magan, which caught the attention of his upcoming movie 10 Endrathukulla. His co-star Samantha commented in a lighter vein, "Oh, I knew this would happen. Vikram's meesai has become the star of the show. I took so much effort and selected an outfit for the occassion, which has now gone unnoticed."
The versatile Vikram who is usually absent from filmy events, seemed excited with his upcoming film 10 Endrathukulla. A road movie directed by Vijay Milton, it has been shot in 60 different locations from Chennai to Uttarakhand. while Chiyaan plays a truck driver, Samantha will be seen in a character which she calls a 'lifetime role'.
"For a common person, 10 seconds is a regular passage of time - it is a normal thing for them. But for a driver who is behind the wheels on a highway, every second is crucial.
That's the crux of the story," says Vikram.
Heaping praise on his co-star Samantha, the I Star said, "Samantha is so special, be it her acting or looks, she is a 'style icon'. She is also a committed actress and is one of my best friends. Personally, I feel, she is too good a samaritan. She is so young, but mature enough to get involved in philanthropic activities, which she does quietly, that amazes me."
Samantha, on the other hand, said "I am thankful to Vikram and director Vijay Milton for lending their support and helping me to pull off the toughest role I have ever done in my career. The character I played was physically and mentally very exerting. On a very personal note, I want this film to become a blockbuster."
The slender actress has several risky stunts without a body double, reveals Milton. "She drove a jeep, rode a horse, and what not. while doing such scenes Sam also hot hurt many times."
Vikram has done it again -changed his look for a film. The actor was spotted at an event yesterday handlebar moustache. This had everyone guessing , sporting a whether it is his look for Vijay Milton's 10 Endrathukulla. Vikram will start his final schedule of shooting for the film next week, and will be heading to Rajasthan for that.Apparently , this look is for the Rajasthani rural getup that he will be sporting in the film.
But Milton is very guarded with his response to the question of whether this is for his film. “We will be shooting in Pushkar, and we have tried out a couple of looks for this schedule and this is just one among them. Nothing has been finalized. Mostly , he will not be seen in this look for my film.“
But our source contradicts Milton, “He will be seen as a Rajasthani in the last schedule of 10 Endrathukulla. The shooting starts from August 25, and surely , this is not for Anand Shankar's film, as he will be sporting a stylish look in that film. Actress Bindu Madhavi, who has been awaiting the release of the long pending Savaale Samaali, had completed paniaraj's Haiku some time ago. The actress also has Sibiraj's horror flick Jackson Durai in her kitty. Bindu who has been mostly seen playing homely characters in Tamil films, will undergo a makeover for an upcoming film which has Vikram playing the lead. The grapevine has it that the makers are planning a surprise look for the actress. The untitled film, to be directed by Anand Shankar of Arima Nambi fame, will commence shooting soon. The film, which has Kajal Agarwal playing the female lead, will have cinematography by Manish Nandan.

Vikram starrer 10 Endrathukulla will be released on October 21. "10 Endrathukulla, my next production with FOX STAR INDIA releasing OCT 21," A R Murugadoss wrote on Twitter.
We hear that the team is currently shooting in North India for the climax portions. The film marks the fourth time collaboration between Fox Star Studio and A R Murugadoss production. Sources said that the post-productin work is underway with Samantha completing her dubbing.
Touted to be a road thriller, with fair elements of romance,action and comedy, Samantha will be seen in a dual role and charmee kaur will have a cameo appearance as well

Fox Star Studios & A R Murugadoss’ 10 ENDRATHUKULLA to release worldwide on 21st October 2015
Production and distribution giant Fox Star Studios and ace film maker and producer A R Murugadoss’ fourth Tamil venture, 10 ENDRATHUKULLA will have a worldwide release on 21st October, 2015. Directed by Vijay Milton, who had directed last year’s sleeper hit Goli Soda, the film top lines 2 of the biggest stars in Vikram and Samantha, making it one of the most awaited films of the year.
There have been various speculations on the release date, since the project was announced, but the producers have now zeroed in on the Pooja holidays, as it’s an extended holiday weekend. The movie’s last schedule will be completed by the end of August. The film is a mass commercial entertainer with loads of action, romance and comedy and will explode on screens on 21st October.

Samantha Ruth Prabhu, who has half a dozen flicks in her kitty, is the one of the few actresses who have been paired opposite top heroes from Kollywood and Tollywood in more than one film. The racy thriller 10 Endrathukulla, which has her opposite Vikram for the first time, has been in production for some time and is currently in its last leg of shooting. The actress who is playing dual roles in the movie, had finished shooting for the film long back and has now completed her dubbing too. An excited Sam revealed on Twitter, "Finished dubbing for #10Endrathukulla today. Thank You @vijaymilton sir for the film. Come October come #10Endrathukulla Fingers crossed."

The consummate actor Chiyaan Vikram is one of the few fortunate actors to have received his National Award for Best Actor for the film ‘Anniyan’ from the revered hands of the late Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam.
Vikram who was deeply saddened by the passing away of the great man has shared that when he had an opportunity to meet him along with his family Dr. Kalam told him that he stopped watching films a long time back and the only actor he admired was Nadigar Thilagam Sivaji Ganesan. Kalam who believed in the power of dreams blessed Vikram and also gave him a dream to become the next Sivaji Ganesan.
