Chiyaan Vikram plays Deputy Commisioner of Police (DCP) in ‘Vedi’

The famous actor Chiyaan Vikram, who plays two different roles in Maniratnam’s forthcoming flick ‘Raavanan’ in two versions, is now going to appear in the role of Deputy Commissioner of Police in his next film ‘Vedi’ to be directed by Boopathy Pandian. Ileana plays the lady love of Vikram in the film.

The movie is produced by Mohan Natarajan and Devi Sri Prasad will be scoring the music. They say that the movie will be a mix of action, comedy and romance.

Insiders close to the director says that the director has taken immense care while writing the script so that there are no loopholes in it and surely it would be a mass masala to Chiyaan fans.
