Chiyaan Vikram and Boopathy have creative differences

According to the Kollywood grapevine, Vikram and writer-director Boopathy Pandian are yet to kick start their new film Vedi due to “creative differences over the script”.
 

The producer of the film Mohan Natrajan is holding a joint script narration meeting between his hero and the director in Ooty to sort out their differences.

The bone of contention is the script has some similarities with a recent cop film, and Vikram wants to change the basic thread of the film.

Boopathy feels that he has come out with a “kickass storyline taking the star’s action hero image into consideration.” As the creative differences continue over the script, the film which was to start almost a month back, may have change of name and a new script.
