Mani Ratnam was awarded the ‘Jaeger-Le Coultre Glory to the Filmmaker Award’ at the 67th Venice Film Festival.

Mani Ratnam wore a black Bandgala suit, Suhasini looked classy in a beige coloured organza sari and Vikram looked flashy in a designer suit.

Abhishek and Aishwarya could not attend the function due to personal reasons

Mani Ratnam with the award joins the illustrious company of people like Sylvester Stallone, Agnes Varda, Abbas Kiarostami, and Takeshi Kitano. After the award ceremony, the screening of Raavanan took place.
