Award-winning actor Chiyaan Vikram finally revealed a well-kept secret. His latest film, directed by Vijay, has been titled Deiva Thirumagan! The title, which was long kept under wraps, was unveiled at a glittering function in the city. The cast and crew, including actors Vikram,Nasser, M....S. Bhaskar, KK, Pandi, Kishore, producer Mohan ...Natrajan, Vijay, Nirav Shah, GV Prakash Kumar, Antony and Muthukumar were in attendance, in a dress code of blue jeans and white shirt! But conspicuous by their absence were the two leading ladies — Anushka and Amala Paul! Lauding Anushka’s performance,

Chiyaan said that the Tollywood actress was unwell and hence could not make it to the event.“Anushka has been known for her glam quotient till now … but in Deiva Thirumagan she shows a totally different side of her acting skills,” he said. “She has done a great job.” Excitedly saying that “This film will be a big turning point in my career”, Chiyaan heaped praises on Vijay. “Whatever you see on the screen is inspired by Vijay. I merely translated it to celluloid. He is
one of the best directors I have worked with so far,” he gushed.

Vikram plays the complex role of Krishna — a young man with a development disorder —in the film. “Though it is an emotionally touching movie, there is a goodness in it that will make you smile when you watch it,” he said.
