LAKSHMI RAI IN THAANDAVAM

Thaandavam, Vikram's next with director Vijay is shaping up well in London and other parts of UK and has a new addition to its ensemble cast. Lakshmi Rai, who has had a string of successes with Mankatha and Kanchana, has been roped in as the third heroine n Thaandavam. The other two female leads are Anushka Shetty and Amy Jackson. Santhanam, whose stars seem to favour him these days, is also part of the flick.

Tollywood star Jagapathi Babu will be seen in a crucial role. Produced by UTV Motion Pictures, the movie has Vijay's favourite composer and cinematographer GV Prakash helming the music and Nirav Shah behind the camera. According to its makers, the music will be released in July and the film w i l l w i l hit the screens at the end of August.
