"There are 10 songs in David. But don't get shocked. All of them will be cut-songs. You will not get bored even for a minute while watching the film," says director Bejoy Nambiar.
After making a mark in Bollywood with 'Shaitan', Bejoy, a former associate of Mani Ratnam, is stepping into Kollywood with 'David'.
With Vikram and Jiiva in lead roles, the former as a fisherman and the latter as a musician, the film, according to Bejoy, is a thriller with a difference.
"I am simultaneously making the movie in Hindi too. But there are three heroes in the Bollywood version. Tabu, Lara Dutta and Sheetal Menon are the three leading ladies," adds the director
