Chiyaan Vikram’s Bejoy Nambiar directed Bollywood film David shoot is almost over. There is some patchwork shoot remaining, and it would be one of Vikram’s fastest work.Bejoy, a former assistant of Mani Ratnam had made the trend setting Hindi filmShaitaan. Vikram and Bejoy bonded during the making of Mani’s Raavan which resulted in the star agreeing to do the film.
David has Vikram, Tabu, newcomer Vinay Virmani and Isha Sharwani are in the lead. It is said to be a gangster film laced with black humour.Vikram is said to be playing a fisherman who turns a don and the story takes place in Goa and two other cities Mumbai and London.
Ratnavelu alias Randy is the cinematographer and he has shot the film in digital format using the Red Epic, a 5k resolution high-end camera (In pic: Vikram with Randy).
