Lakshmi Rai will sport a completely deglamourised look in her upcoming flick Thandavam. The actress has been shooting for the film without any make-up. After camping for many days in London for the shoot, the actress is back and cannot stop talking about her prominent role in the film. She says, “Some directors try to give a new, never-seen before look for their heroines.
Vijay is one such director who likes to do some thing different with his lead actors. He chose a de-glam look for me in Thandavam, and I also have more scope for acting. Do not expect to see the regular, glam o r o u s Lakshmi Rai in this film. I am experi menting with a new character. Hope people love me in this role.“
