Jackie Shroff to play baddie in Vikram's Patthu Endrathukulle
Jackie Shroff made a sensational debut in Tamil as the powerful baddie Annachi in the award winning film Aaranyakandam. More recently, we saw the Bollywood star in the India's first ever motion capture technology film Kochadaiiyaan sharing screen space with Superstar Rajinikanth.
Now, K'Town is abuzz with the news that the versatile actor has been roped in as one of the villians in the Vikram-Samantha starrer Patthu Endrathukkule which is being directed by cinematographer turned filmmaker Vijay Milton. The film is a road movie and Vikram is said to play the role of a car driver.
Produced bt Fox Star Studios and AR Murugadoss Banner, Sources indicate that there will be noted actors from Bollywood and Hollywood in this high action bonaza. while Imman has been roped in for music, Madan Karky pens the lyrics.
The first schedule is over, the makers are looking at a possible 2015 Pongal release. Presently, the shooting is going on in a Chennai neighbourhood.
